How long will it take to ship my order?

It could take me 2-6 working days to ship the order. Please take into consideration public holidays in Finland. After the shipment you will receive the tracking number by your email.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Right now I am shipping only in Europe, and shipping is free of charge for every piece.

If the object that I like is already sold out, what should I do?

Most of my objects are often made in one piece, and could be sold out fast. In such cases, you are very welcome to contact me at hello@mariashilnikova.com, and request a tailored order. You can place an order based on the object that you like, and we can discuss the sizes and quantities that you need. Please note that I am making objects based only on my previous works. 

Where the items are created?

All items are created by me in my home studio in Enonkoski, Finland.

Please keep in mind, that the tailored order will take from 4 to 6 weeks for me to accomplish it, regarding the dimensions and quantity.

Do you accept commissioned projects? 

Yes, I do and I really like to. Commission projects are the ones specially tailored to your interior or business (hotels, restaurants, galleries, etc). Please contact me at hello@mariashilnikova.com, and I will be very happy to discuss further details.

If I want to return an object, what should I do?

Yes, you can return an object in 10 days after receiving it. Please read the Return Policy for the details. If you want to return the object, contact me via email hello@mariashilnikova.com as soon as possible.
